e.Digital Corp. Applies for Nasdaq Listing


SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 3, 2000--e.Digital Corp. (OTCBB:EDIG) announced today that it has filed its application with Nasdaq for a listing on the National Market system. The company currently trades on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol EDIG.

Fred Falk, president and chief executive officer said, "A Nasdaq listing will be important for e.Digital to attract mainstream analyst coverage, as well as institutional investors beyond our current base."
