jb - re: DELL BACKS ITS PRODUCTS, AND DOESN'T PROMISE FREE COMPUTERS AND ACCESS WHEN IT KNOWS THERE IS NO SUCH THING,,, DELL has one of the best reputations for commercial service and support in the business, but they have NO support track record in the consumer space - what little consumer sales they do are 100% serviced by third parties. DELL does in fact offer "free access" - look at the WebPC page... Do you think HP does not back its products? They have the best reputation for quality in the business, going back more than 30 years... either you know nothing about this business or you are talking through your hat.
