Heck... I really have no idea. I wouldn't have expected it prior to the PALM IPO. I was expecting it post IPO - for sure. Could it be someone wants in on the ground floor - pre IPO? A 10% move in a stock that's just been sneaking along from the low to mid-20's back in September.. it's been a long hard road. But now... all the sudden a major move. Of course we just broke resistance but $4+ in a day is atypical for COMS. Lots of folks there seem to think it's a $100 stock. PALM is huge and should command a tasty price at the IPO. COMS is still trading at less than 4 times revenues. I don't know... seems like a buy still. PALM IPO's end of the month. hey, I've been pounding the table for a while. I know you hate that stock but....well... they're making me money.

So, to answer your question. I don't have any knowledge of a buyout but volume is unusually high and the price move is significant. Seems like something is up.
