Les, sounds plausible to me. I think the talk of a shortage of t-bonds is funny. In theory yes there will be a reduced supply just like if the world temperature drops and the polar ice caps start freezing there will be a decline in the amount of water in the ocean. Moreover, the next treasury secretary may decide to issue more bonds . mike
