To clarify slightly the ANTEC/Nortel marketing rights relationship:

ANTEC has marketing rights to Cornerstone in the US for all cable MSOs.

Nortel has marketing rights to Cornerstone in the US for all traditional telcos, along with all cable and telcos in Canada and international locations. The distinction in the US being that very few telcos are running HFC for cable telephony or high speed data.

I know it's a minor clarification, but thought I'd set the record straight for future reference.
