Gary, do you still think I was on crack when I sold my homes and cars and plunged 100% of my assets into 3Com at $23(fully margined). $65 is a
guarantee, but I still believe the combined value of 3Com is unequivocally at $120/share.

Of course. First how many times have you since denied this? Everytime COMS dipped you would tell everyone how you didn't have 100% of your assets in COMS (I recall comments about owning QCOM). Now that COMS is rolling all the sudden you do again.

Anyway, I have assumed all along that you had all your assets here... and yes, that's not good investing. That's called gambling. I'm glad you'll still own you're homes when this is all said and done...but yes, anyone that takes all their assets - including mortgaging homes - and throws them into one security - no matter how good the outlook is - is on crack (your words - not mine). If COMS goes to $400 I would still say the same thing. You say your a businessman but a businessman would never take that kind of risk.

COMS should run up with little pause prior to 2/28, simply because no one wants to sell before the IPO. I own 975 mostly through USRX, and am sitting on the shares for now.
However, I think the Palm IPO will surprise by its lack of performance. Although its a great brand and product, and the float will be razor thin, it's simply too large a market cap at its outset to really fly. I think they'll rpobably raise the IPO price a bit, then it'll trade up to around $30 the first day- but mark my words, this will not be a skyrocket IPO.
Since there's so much expectation that's being built into COMS stock now, I now believe that the time to unload COMS will be 2/27.
