Maybe Lukoil can be the white knight for ARCO. That will get people's attention. ;-)

Yea, Fred, the percent increase in Lukoil earnings hasn't seemed to light much of a fire under the stock. But, Lukoil is up almost 6X from its very bottom. As the election gets closer, Russian stocks may go up.
