That is about it. But they need $4 millions for a Vueltas Startup. That is the loan size they are looking for.

Also it will take 3-4 months to startup once/if the get financing. Timing is important here as they cannot resume construction after the rainy season starts in July or so.

The San Francisco mine could generate $5M by year end if they shut mining down this summer.

If needed, some assets at San Francisco mine could be sold or moved to Vuelats del Rio if needed.

Everything will be a new ball game if gold move up $40-$50.
