It doesn't matter what I think. Until the market has no doubts about the distribution and is willing to put money on it, COMS share price will not reflect the full value of its PALM part. IMO.

Plus, as someone else has mentioned there is a discount for time. You cann't realize profits, by trading, from PALM shares you don't have yet. So, even if the distribution were viewed as a 100% certainty, there would still be a discount that would lessen as the distribution date approaches. Again, this is just my view.
