I've been using SI for two years and since I have an always-on connection I use it pretty much constantly throughout the day. I have never had a "bad day" with it. There have been short periods of time when it was noticeably slow or even inaccessible (for like maybe an hour), but never have I witnessed all the problems people seem to talk about. FWIW I'm running IE 5.0 on a firewalled network that has a Cox@home cable modem. -G
