Thanks for the warning! I went to the "local computer store" today and was surprised that the PIII 733 had gone up $50 and the PIII 667 had gone down $50. It makes that PIII 667 an even better buy so I'm going to pursue that option if he's got a boxed version or if he's offering me a 3 year guarantee on the OEM version. I've also decided to try the dual head 32Mb AGP video card from Matrox so that I can free up an extra PCI slot for the 2nd NIC card. Thanks again. Sue :)
