most humble... e.carl, Yeah...I'm afraid I do know what an IPO is... I was just joshing with ya... now...are you suggesting they should have sold the patents and given the outstanding carryforward losses to a new entity...and then had that new entity come forth with an IPO? well... e.Carl...since you know Woody so well...why didn't you suggest that... shuffling assets around like a monopoly board....? sounds like just the kind of thing...you... humble e.carl...might criticize him for... You know carl...I really enjoy the information I have received from boards like this over the years. But...I just hate wading thru posts from people like YOU that clutter up the boards with junk posts. If you don't like the stock...move on. I know your shorting it....but I have to wonder how you can wake up each morning and look in the mirror and feel good about yourself. I have waded thru much of the trash you have posted in your profile....and there is a ton of it and came away with a picture of a sad man with nothing better to do. I have to wonder if you put this much effort into something USEFUL, how successful you could have been. GO AWAY! Ok...its a free country. Carl--how did Norris Communications initially attain its Nasdaq listing? We know how it slipped onto the OTC, but how did it get on Nasdaq in the first place? And isn't the current e.Digital application one for reinstatement? I've never heard of a Reinstatement IPO. Is there any such thing? I mean do we all know what you're really writing about?
