I don't believe I called him ignorant. Are you getting posts confused? He was the one who called me ignorant repeatedly. My perception is the same, however, that's now a different statement isn't it? Do you now agree with the statement, the FED has an "indirect" influence on rates? Michael

There is no good - let alone "major" - university in Hawaii. NONE. The smart Hawaiians go to Stanford or Northwestern. Hawaii is a physical paradise and an intellectual wasteland. Hawaii has been in a recession of sorts ever since the Japanese economy tanked. No wonder he's so ill-tempered and unbalanced.
