Tony, you don't understand. Any event that can be viewed, in any possible light, as negative to Intel, has that connotation to an AMDroid. Selling a portion of your large stock holdings for, what is to most people, a kings ransom, is therefore negative. QED.

On the other hand, repricing (frequently) your leaders stock options because of the hideous price action of the stock over the decade(s) is a fine demonstration of a savvy Board that knows how to keep its remarkably gifted executive (singular please) motivated to perform.
