RR :I believe I heard them say that they definitely did not want to pursue an equity financing. As I said earlier I was unable to give my undivided attention to the call but they didn't seem to want any more dilution and the discussion was that they could last into first quarter 01 even after shutting down San Francisco mine. That is my impression from the call but can't be construed as gospel.

<< I guess the main thing that I am looking to know is if GEO can last another year without excessive share dilution if the current bear market in the POG were to persist for that long. >>

For sure they say there would be no additional dillution.

If gold remain in the current range till year end, mining will stop at San Francisco and higher cash flows (up to $5M) will come out from residual ore on leach pads prodcuing ounces at very little cost. So this should carry them well into 2001.

But the route they are pursuing is really a $4 millions loan to get Vueltas going. If they find it, they are out of problems and the stock will get back up.
