splitting net revs w/20% stkhldr? does this take in toyota and daimler possibilities or just surplus gm and suppliers mdse? pardon my fuzzy thinking.

Are there any financial people here that can interpret this for me?

I like the news that GM and cmrc are sharing revs but what I am looking for is the actual transaction charges and pricing model - is it still 2% or $2 or what?

Also what is the reason for restructuring into a holding company.
