humble e.carl... do you see the idiocy of your question? Why ask why? What funding was needed? Frankly....I had a person...who made a gajillion or two dollars on the McCaw aquisition....I sent him to edig.. they said..thanks no thanks...they did not need any investment capital partners. this was last September...I believe.. what makes you think....they are into robbing your friends..selling worthless stock...if they are not willing to take my friend's money...for an equity position....or do the "fictious transfers to be a big HOT IPO?" humble... e.carl.....I think you have underestimated Fred Falk, Woody and friends..who put up their own money..against this project... you see lost opportunities...which I am sure...abound in your life.. ....I see smart businessmen... because.. ah......I have not underestimated them....smile...Mary
