Not so fast good buddy!

Experience has taught me, once a company starts selling assets and that's what it is doing, its in trouble. I'd be careful on this one.

A private placement in December, now this deal with Siemens, current shareholders are getting diluted [again] and don't know it!

In short, Spike has discovered new ways, other than floorless convertibles, to keep the lights on and options coming.

I'd say, Siemens has bought into the best part of Ramton. With all the developments in wireless e-commerce #reply-12739598 and #reply-12750075, the significance of smartcards is diminished. And of course, I point to the demise of Racom #Subject-20050 which marked the beginning of the end.

As for Lee Brown, my guess is his conscience got the better of him.

NightOwl- It's been a long march in the desert. I see green on the horizon. It's good to see your post.

With all dilution Ramtron @ $20. is equal in market value to old Ramtron at 1995 peak.
