Well, yes, but is it any more unfair than the whole Neocon argument? There was a lot of research posted, but somehow, there was only one paper, oops, I mean "major metastudy" that represented "the best data". The rest was bunk, according to the guy that doesn't quite have a handle on regression to the mean. Is sarcasm in response out of bounds? What would the proper response be? Then, there's the "crime and punishment" issue, as elucidated in Message 12309372 with the goon squad dishing it out for Neocon as ever. Fairness is a bit of an odd thing to worry about with those guys enforcing the rules.
