Well, indeed, the box would be glass, yes, but it would HAVE to be, apparently as Dash got the message, "Up against the wall, Mothertusker." Collectors seem to have Space Premiums. I have a chance to buy a 8000 sq foot bldg? For not much? And the temptation is RAW, man. But it would just be an effing mess. Face it. I almost bot a 16000 sq ft one a few years ago. I would have, really, but there wasn't a good big parking spot. (Sigh.) 16000 square feet to fill up! YIKES !!! And then there was 4100 ft Right on the river, in a killer spot, VERY AFFORDABLE, but I got sick, and now some one has turned it into a 4100 sq foot killer house. I HATE people who do what I want. Gawd ~ I really do. I don't even feel good for them, altho I admit, sometimes I can feel good for the property. It's really too bad I'm not stinking rich.............
