I'm going to try and read all I can on this... basically I had heard that cmrc "gave away the farm" on this GM enterprise in order to gain mkt share. So now it looks like they are splitting revs with GM, which is hardly a giveaway - UNLESS transaction fees are so low that there is no money to be made. If thats the case then this deal could be a negative because as a joint venture (of sorts) with GM, some of cmrc's potential sales opportunities might dry up... maybe. A lot to chew on here.
