Hi Scott, This was part of Victor Rivera's presentation @ Keystone...it was very interesting stuff. They were able to regulate glucose levels in hyperglycemic mice (if I remember correctly, I'll check my notes in lab). An interesting question was asked on whether or not the other wt proteins were formed & expressed @ normal levels, due to the insulin being stored in the ER...they hadn't checked @ that time. (disclaimer, again, same as b4, long nights/early mornings, skiing in the afternoon, lectures all day/evening = little sleep ...fuzzy memory so accuracy is probably skewed : )

Cool, but, of course, pending more detail, this may be even better than you think, given that looks quite different from ARGENT proper. Even coined a new name, "RAPID."
