Well, no, you don't have a right to be heard. But you do have a right to speak. You can stand up on a soapbox in the public square and harangue the passersby to your heart's content, but you can't make them stop and listen to you.

I understand what you are saying- but I think Mr. Bill meant something different. He does not like my opinion anymore than I like his. I think if I fell off the face of the earth and was never heard from again that would please him- I am projecting, as if that happened to him it would please ME. So I think that is what he means by "not caring" - I do SO hope I understood him correctly.
