GVT / Berkley

Looks like analysts are being guided. I saw the Sprott report. Exit rate in 1999 was 32,000 boe/d including SYO. Decline rate assumed to be 22%. Capex bud. for '00 at $350 mil., assumption that they can average 36,000 boe/d by adding production at $18,800/boed (vs. $22,000-$24,000 over last 4 qrtrs). Bottom line is that production estimates, and consequently CF ests., have been reduced (Sprott is using $1.79, vs. their previous $1.97).
