Here's the link to a Bloomberg article about the age discrimination suit. Presume this is what CNBC was talking about:

Re:

CBNC said something about a lawsuit against Q filed in LA. Anyone know about this?

The lawsuit was filed in Superior Court of Los Angeles County by the Letter "O". Issues of copyright infringment and theft of intellectual property was sited. Briefs were filed by Friends of the Court alleges that the Letter Q is very similar to the letter O and felt that it was a flagrent violation of it's copyright and is seeking immediate relief.

This follows Bill Gates lawsuit declaring ownership of the numbers "1" and "0".

BTW< am I too late for breakfast?

A belated good morning/afternoo to all (I do work once in a while, especially when my secretary cracks the whip (aaahhh, feels good).
