Because they are responsible for their growth and the promises they would never be overloaded and keep their server capacities at 1/2 capacity at all times...

always sufficient to meet demands of their Clients as per their VP of operations, ...then once you start to use them
they have every problem in the book....no access to brokers , inability to cancel orders, freeze ups and timing out and log in provlems.... etc etc.

I called them on this 4 months ago, they promised to get on it.

they didn't take responsibility for loses incurred by their screw-ups

and lastly too warn people not to depend on this system as it presently function for trading...

we will be changing after earnings to cybercorp or whatley, for MyTrade
is getting worse
not better!
