hi. there is no fda approval yet, but has been submitted long ago. however, their exists an agreement with JNJ... JNJ gave them $2 million last may for the right to market pennsaid in their product line, for united states only. also we are waiting for approval in canada too, which the ceo mentioned on t.v. would be "near-term". >Has there been any forecasts made so far on how much sales DMX could have from Pennsaid alone in the coming years ? by whom? read back in this thread, there have been predictions by us shareholders. the market is huge, and even small percentages of that market will create huge numbers. i personally can't count that high.
