THis low income program is certainly noble in its intentions. However, I question the assumption of $5 per user coming from advertising sponsorships. I don't know of too many advertisers who want to spend much money on the low income target demographic group.

I am not trying to be discriminatory, but these unfortunately decisions are always based on business fundamentals, not philanthropy.
