We have HomeGrocer up here, and I have not tried it yet, but I have neighbors that rave about it. I was blown away by what Kozmo.com is doing, I ordered The Thomas Crown Affair and a box of hot tamales last Sunday at 4:40pm, and at 5:10 I had the movie and candy at my doorstep. All for $4.70, no delivery fee. If I order another video within the 3 days (Safeway where I use to rent video's has a 1 day new release policy), they will pick up the video at no cost or I can drop it by convenient locations like Starbucks. Awesome service and concept, I am still blown away by the experience. I bet I average $50 per order on AMZN. Service, selection, and service.
