Charlie -- I'll make a few calls tomorrow and see if I can get a copy here at my end. I also know an attorney with McDermott, Will & Emery in Chicago who can tell me what's required in terms of making shareholders aware of material changes. This applies not just to the CEO's comments that appear to differ from the latest S-3, but to the shift in product focus that's not been explained. If the company is not basing its future success on S-CDMA products, they need to say so publicly. Pat
