I've met several people who have pulled off the bankruptcy thing, I don't know the mechanics of it. Sounds like your neighbor likes working. My father died at 45, my sister died at age 38, I just have a healthy respect for the value of quality time. And I think that any sane normal person could find something better to do in SLO than sit in front of a computer 18 hours a day if they have enough money. But that's IMHO.
