Agreed, and by accepting TERN stock, TYC seems to be exercising the type of judgement that has put them under pressure of late. Unless perhaps, they are allowing for a margin of depreciation in TERN's stock price, either way it seems one is in a hurry to sell and another to buy, IMHO
