what's wrong with this company. they've had over a year now to fix their system. They should have added 50 or 100 servers by now, or reduced their customer base to a level that would allow them to provide at least a minimal level of service. It appears that they have actually advertised for more customers when they knew full well that they could not adequately service the customers they already had. I've been trying to place a sell order for 26 minutes now and have watched the price fall by 1 3/8. This goes beyond greed, I believe it's theft. Causing their customers considerable losses in order to improve their bottom line is not an honorable way to do business. Does anyone know of any government agency that could be contacted in order to force these greedy bastards to provide a mminimal level of service or force them to restore any losses due to their incompetence?
