Interestingly, if you read the WEBM S-1, you will see that ODIS was their second largest customer in FY ending 3/98-accounting for 10% of their revenues. The same document warns investors that all of WEBM's customers are also potential competitors. Although, many of WEBM's customers are also shareholders, EXLN is not listed as a 5% or more holder. I suspect some of the marketable securities on EXLN's balance sheet are WEBM stock. This issue is priced next week I believe, and it appears EXLN's XML/B2B revenues are at a comparable annualized run rate. Tim
