BG, I was surprised to hear this requirement as well. The signature cards from the other partners did not arrive to me today, but when they come in tomorrow, I will make my way to the bank with all checks in hand and require/demand they make funds available upon checks clearing to gain our business. I'll let you know how we fare. Tippet's post helped me understand better the real purpose of the 11 day time frame, which should help in negotiating. Regards, David
