The COT chart is tightening very nicely. We've had two pushes now at the .52 resistance, with today acting as a consolidation day before the next (and hopefully final) push through the .52 area. This consolidation is quite natural and quite healthy.

What is VERY nice, is that COT is now cranking increasingly tighter to the .52 level during these consolidation phases. The first time it pushed .52 cents (a few days ago), the retracement that followed was to the .42 area. The second time COT pushed to .52 (yesterday), the retracement is now only to the .47 cent area. On top of that, there's very strong support showing at .45 cents and above....almost 150,000 shares that have sat on the bid most of the day without getting filled.

I expect we'll push through .52 on the next try and then move on to the .60 range. If COT really gets some legs (which I also think will happen given the recent volume), the next stop after that will probably be the .70 cent range.

Regards,

Kevin
