I listened to it. I guess he is one of these guys that the day traders rely on. I get the picture that day traders put a lot of credibility into technical analysis of the market. They look carefully at the charts. Certainly Marc's message is that NOVL may be exhibiting another flag break-out pattern. He feels if it closes above 37 13/16ths soon that it could go to 55 on the next break-out.

I don't think his chart analysis is all that accurate. NOVL has its own peculiar characteristics. Namely MSFT brings doubt upon the stock. Every once and awhile the stock suffers a nervous breakdown when people get afraid of MSFT pressure again. Breaking this psychology is a factor in breaking out to the upside not shown in those charts.

So when does this happen? When Novell produces some really significant caching revenue I think this psychology will finally be exorcised from the institutional investor community. They are holding back the stock.

What is good about MArc's commentary is that people who trade stocks, the momentum players are looking at NOVL as a possible candidate for EGRP or dare I say Qualcomm status.

That is good news for anybody long this stock. When these people get the signals to jump on our baby, we are going to make a hell of a lot of money. And we deserve it for having gotten to the party when the chairs needed to be set up and the stage needed to be built.
