"The time has come," the walrus said, "to speak of many things.... of shoes, and ships, and sealing wax,... and cabbages and kings."

While I agree that most shareholders are expecting to hear news before the annual meeting, I don't think the stock would drop like a rock if it doesn't come on that time schedule.

The way I view it, with each passing week, it is more likely that we hear news, not less likely. The bigger the deals, the longer they take to close.

Even on a TA basis, I would not expect the stock to breach below mid-20s, even on no news this month. Actually, if it got there, I'd buy more. I agree with Mooter, that the bias is clearly upwards at this point. We may never even break below 30 again ... barring a major market meltdown. The retest of 27 only occurred when all bidders stepped aside during the last meltdown, to see where all stocks fell before stepping back in to buy. I would note that no one really wanted to sell at those levels. Same applies for sub-30 prices right now, for Valence. I believe the story is so compelling, that I would not sell my shares until I see a few more chapters unfold: additional POs, licensing, product visible in marketplace and in the media, etc.

"Valence, she's been verrry good to me."

Looking forward to meeting folks at the meeting, not to mention the new personnel and our trusty Colonel, Lev. He wore a lot of hats the last few years, and many doubted, but he made it happen.

My 'tip o' the hat' to Lev and company. See you in Henderson!

Signed,

an unrepentant Valence bull
