Keith, In my opinion here's what is going on with Cubix's
investment in GNI.

Initially it is to use the shareholder's money
to pay various and fast mounting GNI directors legal bills.
Of course the ironic part of this if things go as they
should, UP will be loosing a large part of its assets in
the GRB and GNI will come up with deals and land that will
make it look very nice. Life is very strange indeed.

While I still have the Gemini (Arrowhead) shares that I originally purchased, I had pretty well written them off as wallpaper. After the reverse split I quit following it.

Sorry that I can't be of much help to you in this. Fortunately, some others on this thread have responded to you, though it seems we all are in the dark and just guessing. I think the major shareholders and insiders would just as soon keep it that way. We have served our original purpose, which was to give them money to play with. We now are pretty expendable.
