Look at this, MYTN: liquidating the pig, sell it to high hell: "Going concern: The Company has incurred significant losses in development of its product and will need to continue to devote significant resources toward the research, development and marketing of its products in order to generate revenues from product sales and services. For that reason there is substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. The Company is currently in negotiation to sell substantially all of its assets (see Note I). If the asset sale is completed, the Company will be liquidated.
