Yes... GLW is the diamond in the rough. Most folks don't know that GLW owns about 60% market share in fiber and optic-electronics. As much as telecomic pounds his chest about NT's lead in optics, NT buys most of their components from GLW.. as does a number of other well known communication companies that I will not mention. The point being is that NT's lead is in bringing products to market not neccecssarily in development since these components are widely available - with the exception begin OC-192. In the OC-192 space much of the work is being done in house by most vendors.
