The reduced pressure gas system is the SDS (Safe Delivery System). The gas is adsorbed onto a substrate rather than being pressurized. A completely different product line. The last time I looked, the web site had a reasonable description. atmi.com And yes, they should both generate recurring revenue. Indications on the last conference call were that the SDS system was almost standard for new ion implant equiment being installed.
