JD, the link was the idea of several BINC investors from the Yahoo board and is actually maintained by them. True, it has substantially more information than BINC's website. I think we have a groundswell now and hopefully the revolution will follow in short order. Several of the posters on the Yahoo board have actually tasted chocolate made with tagatose as well as tagatose itself and all report the taste to be exactly the same as sugar with absolutely no aftertaste. <vbg> My understanding is that tag can be used by lactose intolerant people without problems. Truth be known, until I found out I was diabetic, I used to eat like a 3rd grader, and while I've made the necessary changes to my diet and maintain my glucose level with only a daily pill, I'd sure love to get into some good ice cream made from tag. <vvbg>
