Ike,

It was the BZW Commodities Investment Trust. I'm not sure whether this still exists as a closed end fund. There is a Mercury World Mining Investment trust that does trade on the London Stock Exchange.

Get a copy of the Financial Times for a list of investment companies and investment trusts that trade. If you want exposure to a single commodity such as tea, there is the Tea Plantations Investment trust, which invests in tea plantations in Sri Lanka.
