Dear Jeff: I stumbled upon this 'Buy' recommendation for T a few minutes ago via the news section after postings (to the QCOM board) over at RB: Fletcher & Faraday Announces Investment Opinion Fri Feb 04 05:15:00 EST 2000 [snip] AT&T (NYSE: T). We are continuing coverage with a BUY rating. We believe the company's strategic advancement into cable, expansion of its wireless network and new overall business focus could give AT&T a significant edge in the overall communications industry.
