Actually, the results you refer to were published on 9 Nov 99.

BKP has not, however, made its required filing of 9 month interim financials with the BCSC. The delinquent filer notice was issued on 7 Jan 2000.

Again, please note that I am NOT accusing BKP of fraud, and there are a lot of issues with MEL that just aren't there with BKP. It's just that there are a lot of small worries out there, and they're starting to pile up.
