("dot com") (OTCBB: DCEG) a leading technology company specializing in low denomination Internet based gaming systems, announced today that it has entered into a letter agreement with Intercontinental Cyber Ventures Limited of Nassau, Bahamas ("ICV") to develop and implement two suites of Internet casino games, including low-denomination games such as Bingo, Keno and Pull-Tab games. ICV will focus the majority of its marketing and promotional efforts on the rapidly expanding on-line Internet gaming markets in Scandinavia and other European countries. For its development and license of its award winning low-denomination games technology, dot com will receive a royalty payment which will extend over the life of the license agreement and will continue as long as the software is used by ICV. It will also realize additional corporate branding, marketing and promotional benefits as its software is used and reviewed by new player-bases in Scandinavia and Europe where a significant convergence from land-based to Internet based gaming systems is expected. The agreement with ICV is the most recent of many license agreements which dot com is working on, confirming its expansion into European markets.
