FVSNE: watch this one today. Bid up tick once before open. They have a deadline of 2/9/00 to file before they go pink. On 1/31/00 they filed their 2nd 10SB amendment. Then yesterday, they withdrew their 10SB filing. I called the company this morning and Paul Smith (the president) said that he is "in a quiet period" and can not comment at this time. He also stated that "you can expect an announcement in the next few days." Also, he "would not do anything to hurt the shareholders." Could there be a buy out?
