The yahoo thread thinks this would be a nice time to release all of those stockpiled 1000Mhz Athlons to Gateway and HP.

AMD shouldn't respond, except maybe to support HP and Gateway and their satisfaction. Maybe mention all of the awards.

Mickey and *ntel will take care of themselves, watch DELL's and Gateway's earnings releases.

I don't think so. If AMD sued Dell would be free to publish Athlon's errata list. The one AMD is too ashamed to publish.
