which will no longer be Pooled but written off as Goodwill. Did I miss something? I thought the FASB committee hadn't finalized their recommendation, and regardless, any change would go into effect no sooner than 2001.

True, but all your arguments have always been macro stuff that will affect Cisco. The problem with your argument is that this macro stuff like pooling will affect all companies not just Cisco. However, I agree with you that Cisco is so way over priced right now there is a lot of risk. The even more serious risk is the lack of products in the optical space. That's why I'm now in NT as well. Having fun!
